I currently serve as the Head of External Relations for the Department of Philosophy at Trinity College, Dublin, and as a Mentor on the Minorities and Philosophy UK (MAP UK) Mentoring Scheme.
Amongst other positions, I am the former President of the British Postgraduate Philosophy Association (2015/16), a former Postgraduate Representative on the Executive Committee of the British Philosophical Association (2015/16), and the former President of the Middle Common Room at Oriel College (2018/19). I am also the former President of the British Undergraduate Philosophy Society (2014/15), Editor of the British Journal of Undergraduate Philosophy (2014/15), and President of the University of Reading Philosophy Society (2013/15, two-terms served). As you might have guessed by this point, I'm passionate about student philosophy societies and general academic organisations.
Finally, I am a member of the Stirling Bus Group, which comprises the wonderful philosophers I had the great fortune of sharing my MLitt year on the SASP with. Be sure to check them out!
Whilst born in the UK, I am a Third-Culture Kid (TCK). TCKs are people who grew up in one or more cultures other than that of the country of their birth or their parents. If you are curious about TCKs, see here.
